We will gladly exchange or refund (in original form of payment) regular-priced, new merchandise within 10 days of the shipping date. Sale merchandise, swimwear, underwear and hats may not be returned or exchanged. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached.
You will need a return authorization number for your return to be processed. To obtain a RA#, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following:
-Write 'Return Authorization Request" in subject line.
-In the body of the email include your name, shipping address, original online order number and reason for return.
You will then receive an email containing your return number. Be sure to send and have your return package post marked within the 10 day return policy. We recommend that you send the package via traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the product. You are responsible for shipping fees. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods.

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your return package. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
